Our handmade business always strives to ship orders next business day, but cannot guarantee it.  All orders will be provided with a tracking number once the item is shipped.

Processing time: Please see shop header for updated holiday processing times.  Shipping & Processing times listed below does not include the Holiday season.  

Estimated shipping times & customs fees:

🌍 USA ORDERS -
• Standard Shipping: approx. 3-5 business days transit time
• USPS Express Shipping: approx. 1-3 business days transit time

🌍 Canada ORDERS -
• Standard Shipping: approx. 3-7 business days transit time
• Express Shipping: approx. 3-5 business days transit time (excluding customs delays)

🌍 OTHER COUNTRIES -
• Standard Shipping: approx. 2-6 weeks transit time
• Express Shipping: approx. 7-14 business days transit time (excluding customs delays)
• Customs fees: some fees may apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.

ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES -

Orders shipped worldwide may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Lost orders:

If you order gets lost in transit or your tracking has stopped updating, please contact us.  We will submit a missing mail request. If it the item is not found we will work together with you to to find a solution.  If a package appears to be lost the process takes about 2-3 weeks as we will need to wait for confirmation from USPS.

Mis-delivered orders:

If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not received it please contact your neighbors and local USPS to find the package. Sometimes the USPS scans the shipments in early and mark them as delivered, please contact us to let us know and allow a few more days for delivery.  We will also contact the USPS to find try and find the location where the item was dropped off.  Unfortunately, there is a limit for what we can do.  Once the item is indeed confirmed by the USPS as delivered there is nothing else we can do we will not refund or send you a new order as we are not liable, you can try to file with USPS for a lost item claim.

Additional Information:

Due to COVID all postal carriers have announced that no shipping times are guaranteed so no refunds will be given for late or delayed packages.

Once we drop off your package at the post office we have no control over it. This means we cannot change your address, control where your package is delivered, quicken its delivery or anything else. We have the same control as you do. Please double check that your address is correct when submitting your order. 

UPGRADED SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDED DUE TO LATE ORDERS.  WE WILL NOT BE REFUNDING ORDERS DUE TO LATE DELIVERY BY THE POST OFFICE.  WE SHIP ON TIME AND DO OUR BEST TO FULFILL ALL ORDERS.

NOTE:  All orders are shipped Via USPS or Fed Ex Depending on the option chosen.  All orders will be shipped to the address that was provided.  Please make sure the address is correct after purchase.  AdmirableJewels is not responsible for shipping to the wrong address.  If the item is returned due to no pick-up, no pay in customs or wrong address a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.  You will be responsible for shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.  Please understand that all our items are handmade individually as orders come in, this is why there is a 15% restocking fee.
