Returns / Exchange / Adjustments / Cancellations

We get it!  Sometimes it's hard to picture the jewelry until you have it in your hands or try them on.  Don't worry, we understand.

Please note that we are a small handmade business and all orders are handmade when an order is placed.  To keep our business going there are certain policies that has to be in effect in order for us to stay in business, please understand.  We strive to keep all our customers happy and satisfied. ** To be eligible for an exchange/refund your item must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it with original packaging. **

Returns/Refunds are accepted within 14 days of order.  Please email us at to notify us of your return and write Return or Exchange as the heading.  The email must be sent to us within 14 days from the receipt of your order (noted on tracking).  There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to your refund as well as shipping fees. If free shipping was offered for your purchase a deduction will be applied as from the shipping option you have chosen:

  • USPS First class mail - $4.75
  • USPS Priority - $12
  • Fedex Ground Shipping $20
  • International Shipping - exact shipping amount, a copy of your shipping label will be provided for your for reference.  
  • Overnight & any other special service shipping is non-refundable, a copy of the label will be provided for your reference

**Note** Always notify us first!!  We will not accept Returns or Exchanges without notification.  

Once return is initiated you will have 2 weeks to ship your item back to us.  Tracking must be provided so we can trace your item.  Returns sent after the 2 week return period (date of initiation) will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, we do not provide return labels.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The length of time it takes for the funds to return to your account is dependent on your bank.


Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order.  An email must be sent to us of exchange within 14 days from the receipt of your order (noted on tracking).  No fees will be applied if item being exchanged is the same amount as the original item.  If there is a difference between the original and the item being exchanged there is no refund for the difference of the amount.  You will be given store credit for the difference.  If the item being exchanged cost more than the original item, the additional difference will then be applied and charged before it is sent out  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the item to ship back to you.  Tracking must be provided for the return.

Items not qualified for Exchanges/Returns/Refunds

No Exchanges/Returns/Refunds on Rings. All our rings are MADE TO ORDER according to your specific size. If you have ordered the wrong size we can resize the ring for you, just feel free to message us to let us know.

Damaged Item

If you receive a damaged package or item let us know as soon as possible. Take a photo of the damaged package and item and send it to us. You can ship it back to the return address and we will ship out a new one to you as soon as we receive it.



We currently offer free adjustments with the purchase of our jewelry.  If your jewelry does not fit the way you want it to, just send the item back to us or stop by our storefront for adjustments.  Please note that although the adjustments are free of charge, shipping charges will be applied.  For adjustments to your jewelry, please email us at You are responsible for all shipping costs.

Custom Orders

All custom orders requires a deposit of at least 20% of the item cost. We will give you details for when the item will be finished and send you a photo of the finished product for your approval. Balance of the order is due upon product completion before the item is shipped.



All of our jewelry is made to order.  We begin to work on an order once it is placed.  If you need to cancel your order please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase.  If you want to cancel your order after 24 hours of purchase a 15% fee will be applied to cover the time it took to make your order.
